If you would like to cancel your booking, or transfer your place to another person, update your dietary requirements, or update your medical details, please click and fill in the appropriate form.

Changes to bookings will only be accepted via completion and submission of the appropriate form, and in line with our Terms & Conditions - please refer to this page first if you are in any doubt to the terms that apply to your booking.

Submitted forms saved with time of submission via Google Forms. If you need to update or change a form (e.g. you’ve forgotten to put something on your medical form or developed a new condition), let us know by email.
