This week the TrekCo Trainees of 2017 are enjoying a fantastic week’s weather in the Lake District climbing, walking, scrambling and abseiling. The TrekCo Trainee Scheme is, we think, the best in the country – a paid scheme for potential new instructional staff who are selected from colleges and independent applicants. Trainees undertake a four moth period of intense practical training with TrekCo taking in trips to the Lake District, Peak District, North and South Wales, and the French Alps.
