New Recall for Via Ferrata Sets

Following several recalls of Via Ferrata sets from various manufacturers over the last year or two, the UIAA has issued a notice about friction type sets. There is a danger of failure and death from the use of these sets, so it’s worth checking out at: http://www.theuiaa.org/

This doesn’t affect the kits used by TrekCo, but it’s worth checking your own kit to see if it is affected.
