This weekend saw one of TrekCo’s regular mountain biking trips; this time to Afan in South Wales. The trainees and some of the young instructors did several of the trails at this fantastic purpose built trail centre, with a few falls on the way. Sam and Richard got completely ‘misplaced’ in the next valley to the north and were picked up to save an 18 mile ride. Your author found Richard fast asleep in the layby having been fed by a friendly Welsh farmer..
