TrekCo are well known for our teambuilding days – we invented the Sixth Form teambuilding style induction days for the outdoors, and have been the premier company in the UK running these for over 15 years now. For most of this time we’ve been taking Brighton University’s Business School first years on our team days as part of their Personal Development Module. This has helped the University reduce their dropout rate for First Year undergraduates – students make friends easily on the team days and many cite their day out as a highlight of their First Year.
