Trainees in North Wales

At TrekCo we run an amazing trainee scheme. Unlike some places where you have to pay thousands, we take several young potential instructors each year for free, and work them hard for four months so theycan see the real world of instruction in the outdoors. This weekend they went to North Wales where we do some lead climbing and scrambling, and general mountain training. The picture shows Roisin and Sam, two of the trainees, on Cneifion Arete – a Grade 3 scramble in the Ogwen Valley. Roisin is an ex student from Cardinal Newman Catholic School in Hove, and as a student came to the Peak District and the Alps with TrekCo. She followed her dream of becoming an outdoor instructor by attending an outdoor course at Plumpton College, and is now back at TrekCo.

GCSE PE Trip

I am sure I'm just echoing everyone else's comments here but here we go anyway.
The away day was an absolutely brilliant day, it was great to work collaborative with people in the business that you do not normally work with and really build cross campaign relationships.
