Nothing stops Cardinal Newman students! Over the Bank Holiday weekend we took a group of Year 10 students to the Peak District. Waking on the first morning we had two inches of snow on our tents, and knew it was going to be tough! However the character building continued and the students were great. After Friday lunchtime the weather did ease a little, and all the students took part in climbing, caving, canoeing, weaselling, walking up Kinder Scout, climbing at the Foundry and more. The Peak District provides a great venue for outdoor education school trips.
